How many characters can I have engraved?
- Personalisation of up to 8 characters including spaces is FREE on all items. We recommend keeping within this limit to ensure your personalisation remains elegant, legible and perfectly placed.
What font styles and sizes are available?
Currently we offer one font style with 3 size options:
- 3mm (Mini - Recommended for Dates or Minimalist Names)
- 6mm (Standard for Names, Initials, and Dates)
- 8mm (Large - Recommended for Initials Only)
Can I request a specific placement for my personalisation?
- Every piece has a recommended placement designed to highlight the beauty of the item. However, if you would like your personalisation placed differently, please email us and we will check if your request is possible.
What foil colours are available?
- We offer Gold, Silver and Blind Deboss for subtle timeless indented look. Please note that some foil colours are not suitable for all leather types; each listing will indicate the specific personalisation options available for that item.
Are emojis or special characters available?
- We only offer a heart symbol at this time.

How many letters are allowed?
- Up to 8 letters are FREE; additional letters will incur a small charge.
What are the 3D letter available?
- There is Gold, Silver and Pastel Colours.
Can I add a charm?
- Absolutely! Simply choose the charm that you like and click the listing. You will be prompted to select the colour of your leather keychain and your preferred 3D letter.
Can I add text or special dates to the leather keychain?
- Yes. You may choose to have it stamped in Gold, Silver or a Blind Deboss. And we are giving it as a complimentary, FREE of charge. Maximum of 8 characters including spaces.

Do you offer Local Pickup?
- Yes, we offer complimentary local pickup in Schofields, NSW 2762. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email to schedule a collection date and time. Please arrive within your scheduled time slot to ensure a smooth and safe pickup experience for everyone.
Do you offer international shipping?
- We do offer international shipping. Please email us at tagandtaleaustralia@gmail.com with your location and we will calculate the shipping costs and provide you with a quote.
How long will it take to create my order?
- Each piece is handcrafted with care. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be personalised and prepared for shipment or local pickup.
Can I change my personalisation text or placement after I place my order?
- Because we begin engraving your story as soon as your order is received, please double-check the engraving details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error immediately, please email us at tagandtaleaustralia@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Do you accept returns and exchanges?
- Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our engraving, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty. If you have any concerns with your order, please reach out to us straight away.
